Buying & Shipping

How long does production take?

Each piece is handcrafted in Denmark. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time. For custom orders, we'll provide a specific timeline during consultation.

What materials do you use?

We work with 14k and 18k gold (yellow, white, and rose), as well as platinum. Our gemstones are ethically sourced and certified.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. All orders are fully insured and require signature upon delivery.

What's your return policy?

For ready-made jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy. For custom pieces, we have a unique approval process: after crafting your piece, the maker will send you a detailed video for your review. You'll only receive the jewelry after approving it - if you're not completely satisfied, you'll get a full refund. However, once shipped, custom pieces are non-returnable due to their unique nature.
